Please be aware when contacting or ordering from PrivateHours.co.uk, that this is a trading name of Midnight Delight (uk).

We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all UK orders.

All goods are sent by a recorded insured service which can be tracked from leaving us.

We aim to process orders the same day if placed before 3pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be sent on the following Monday.

We do ask that you allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Tracking your order
Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we despatch your order. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department on 0800 142 2894.
